Very disappointed with the service from Ved Motors, Kalwa. The staff fitted the number plate without proper measurement or professional installation. They directly drilled screws into the body, and now the front panel is coming upward and looks damaged. This should not happen on a new scooter. When I raised the issue, the dealer blamed the company fitting manual instead of taking responsibility. If the staff does not know proper fitting procedures, then why should customers trust the dealer and buy vehicles from them? The overall delivery and assembly quality was poor, and the service experience was not satisfactory. Customers spend hard-earned money expecting professional work and proper quality checks. I would not recommend buying a bike or scooter from this dealer.
